Ajay is an international pickleball athlete and certified coach with experience competing at national and international levels, captaining winning teams, and training players who have progressed to represent India.
His journey has been shaped by discipline, persistence, learning, and a deep respect for the game. Through NorthStar, he brings that experience into a focused development platform for serious players and institutional programs.
